I called about three weeks ago for an estimate. Alex Mehder came and measured and said he would get back within a few days, so far I have not heard from him. I get that people are busy and he may be struggling to get my quote to me. A return phone call would be good.

They said "I can be there on Friday at 2 pm". Well 2 pm came and went. I called him at 230 and again at 4 pm. NO SHOW. And I took off work. Not even a phone call to apologize. Just blew me off. No show. No call. It is just NOT NICE!

Had a contract determined and agreed to with Benchmark. Their rep was coming over to sign papers but never showed up at the meeting time. In fact, they never responded to my phone calls trying to get the contract going. I heard later they got some big job up in Cimarron area, so I guess my little house was just a pain in the neck. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call though.

Benchmark repaired the roof of a three unit townhome and did a great job. The owner and crew were very professional and got the job when they said they would. They kept the workspace clean and took up minimal space to do the job.

Poor customer service when their sub damaged my building delivering shingles. Over a dozen stacks of shingles fell off the roof onto the porch where luckily no one was injured. After many weeks of phone calls, no attempt has been made to either repair the damage or compensate for it. Unfortunately, I will not use this company again or recommend them to others.
