We used Benchmark to replace a corner section of our bedroom carpet where water damage had ruined it. Using carpet remnants that we had kept since the original carpet installation, Jeremiah did a masterful job lining up the seams and hot-gluing them together so that they will not pull apart. While he was here he also fixed a couple of wrinkles in the carpet in our family room. Jeremiah was very professional, explaining the process, answering our questions and doing a superb job.
RecommendedJohn arrived from BenchMark he did a walk through with me to see any trouble spots, he pretreated the areas! A little wet he said it would be 12 hours to dry completely! The next day looked great! John was very polite and was really thorow. Great job. Joanne Ramseth

We have had Benchmark clean our carpets for years we always ask for Jeremie what a great person,arrives on time,works quickly is good at explaining his product and all of its advantages for your family . (Ie) how it rids you of dust mites attacks carpet odors and is hypoallergenic can’t say enough good about this company and this man!
Not only did they exceed our expectations cleaning some incredibly stained carpeting, but they were very accommodating when it came to scheduling then rescheduling an appointment when we had to change it. Can't recommend highly enough!
