I was told by Suzie (Susana) that i was completely done. So i registered with a weight loss trial. The weight loss trial told me that Suzie had put me in VCT, and would not remove me so that i could pursue another clinical trial till 6 months after they were done with me. She seems very vindictive. No one will help you when you ask them to remove you from VCT. They never let you speak to a manager either. I don't recommend going there at all.
Susie was incredibly kind and knowledgeable over the phone when I called in to schedule my very first visit. They also offered to send my friend and colleague a referral bonus in the mail just for referring me to Benchmark Research. Incredibly warm, professional, and generous research team here. I genuinely look forward to my upcoming visit. 5 stars across the board so far. Thank you 👍🏽

Have been going through a covid study and everything has been very comfortable. All staff is fantastic and everything has been simply explained. 5 stars.
