Hardworking and extremely responsive . Adam was great communicator and patient with us getting the finance over the line with the broker and lender, worked hard to organise inspections and get a good tenant in. Very responsive and attentive, we have had a good experience with him and the real estate agency.

Just went to an inspection Adam held where a Severin st property was already under offer without any notification to many buyers of that. Piles of people travelled there, effectively wasting their time looking. But instead of apologising, he argued its our fault. I rang him earlier in the week asking if there could be an earlier inspection and if a good offer comes in before the Saturday inspection could he let me know.
