My family recently sold a house in East San Diego to Benchmark Property Group. “I don’t know where to start about how helpful Jason Lewis was for us and how easy he was to work with. My wife had half ownership of a home in San Diego and a relative owned the other half. In this situation communication was very challenging. The idea of listing the property in the “normal” way was not likely to work well.
