My therapist was Jennifer. She was excellent, very knowledgeable and a good listener. The other employees I had contact with were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this group.
I cancelled my appointment because the intake link would not allow me to log in to do the pre- visit application. I tried three different emails and got the message that none of my passwords were correct. Then I was told that I would have to wait 24 hours to try again. You lose me as a client because you make it impossible to meet your requests
Jennifer Lopez at Ogden Market Place BenchMark PT was of great help to me on several issues including a long, slow recovery I was having from total knee replacement. Her expert skills and versatile approach hastened my recovery, decreased my pain level, and improved my strength and mobility. She was excellent in giving clear instructions for my exercises and provided me with a printed list to use at home. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Jennifer and the rest of the staff there.
