This place was absolutely wonderful, improved my range of motion with cheerfulness and humor, right up until I developed vertigo and could no longer attend. Ty is especially wonderful at getting someone to put out their best efforts and improve!

Benchmark staff at Ashland are awesome. They are engaging, explain what and why you are doing particular exercises to heal. I'm so grateful they are available to us in Ashland. PS great Playlist too.
Accommodating, knowledgeable, encouraging, professional, energetic, welcoming, effective, efficient and fun. Great staff and great background music. Able to make first consultation within 1 week. Highly recommended!
All of the staff are very kind and well versed in many different modalities. I really enjoyed working with Jill, and the friendly light hearted banter in the office. This team is excellent!
