Heads up. If you’ve been referred to the Medford office for Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. They don’t have any private rooms I guess A curtain is the only thing separating you from the rest of the area. No female practitioners. They don’t do any kind of assessment or exam examination. I watch their video on their website. A female explained the process which included an intimate examination in order to assess the need and what would work best. Followed up by possibly having periodic follow up examinations to assess progress.... read more
I have tried to get ahold of this place 3 times with no call backs for PT ordered by my foot surgeon. There have been no call backs and no contacting me back. Unsure if I have to just show up and try to make the appointment but honestly seems like they don't want my business. Makes me wonder how responsive they are to their actual patients? Do yourself a favor and pass on by this place.
