I have received excellent results from my physical therapy at Benchmark in Suwanee. The therapists are well trained, professional, friendly & encouraging. In fact I am pleased beyond expectation at how they have transformed my knees.
I am post surgery for a fractured arm. I was to start 3xweekly PT per my doctor. I called to make this appt, and all seemed in order. Today, There was a short consultation with some mild manipulation. At the end of the visit I attempted to schedule next week's appointments which I would need Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, only to be told there was no availability. I have had not 1 but 2 extremely positive experiences at Benchmark, both with Pam. My 17 yo son saw her for wrist problems and I worked with her extensively with a bulging disk. It was a long road with PT prior to surgery and then after. I really can’t say enough about how good Pam is at her job. My experience at Benchmark with Pam was exceptional. Her attentiveness to make sure I stayed in from with my exercise was amazing. She is very experience. I needed another area of physical therapy that was not covered by Benchmark and she assisted me to locate a facility. I look forward to my appointments and the great music selection . Pam and her team of PTs did a great job with my rehab. They are very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I came in with very limited range of motion and strength. With their help and encouragement, I have been able to get back to full use of my arm. Thank you all for your support!
