Very skilled, alert and encouraging physical therapist, Liz, and friendly and efficient receptionist, Katrina.
I went to peachtree international blvd and mcginnis. They said they were in my network. Unfortunately their therapist wasn't. I received declined statements from my insurance company. They said they would have it figured out by my next appointment. I asked them to call me if not. I came in for my appointment and she was on the phone just then which was 3pm It stills wasn't resolved. She never took the initiative before she had me show up and hobble back home. No physical therapy was done. Friendly staff, however no issues were addressed with physical therapy! Had to look elsewhere.
Chris is amazing. He was tough, but everything he worked with me on actually came to play in real life! There is an exercise called chair "up & downs", which is exactly as it sounds, repetitive standing up & sitting down. I absolutely hated this exercise, but when I attended a concert and was asked maybe 15 times to stand so that people could use the restroom or get a drink, or whatever they were getting up for, I was constantly standing up and sitting down.
