Benchmark Physical Therapy in Abingdon was superior to any therapy facility in Abingdon. Definitely a 5-star therapy facility. Great therapists and very friendly atmosphere. Work very well with therapists Anthony, Hannah, Libby, and assistants.
I had never been to physical therapy, and was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to Benchmark in Moody. They do a thorough evaluation and instantly make you feel at home. The staff is comprised of very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring professionals who work hard to relieve your pain and also to help you grow stronger and avoid future injuries. I started out with pain levels >10 and left after 6 weeks almost pain free. I would definitely recommend them.
I recently had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. I was sent to Bench Mark Physical Therapy in Norcross. Such wonderful professionalism and detail oriented team of doctors and therapists. Bryan made me very comfortable with the work he was performing and the results I was gaining. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needed quality physical therapy. Geri Clapp
Benchmark therapist are fantastic. The business office is terrible.i have waited for a refund for over a month and when I ask I get "we're working on it". I asked for a person to talk to and have not been given it. This is ridiculous. They took my money fast enough. Because of this I will not be recommending them.

Walked in as a new patient and was immediately hit by a cloud of Pumpkin Spice air fragrance. Kinda strange for a health entity. Collected my paperwork and sat down to complete it. Was immediately struck by a very loud and obnoxious therapist, working on a client, and speaking at a high enough volume to drown out everything else going on.
