I recently had the honor of working with Brandon at BenchMark PT. It was great. Not only was the location convenient and easy to find parking for the attention to my needs was excellent. Brandon helped come up a work out regiment that was very helpful to strengthen my back and neck as well help relieve excess pain. I can't say enough good things about Benchmark Lake Oswego! I had shoulder surgery and facing a long slow rehab. I was really concerned about adding pain with PT. Brandon spent a lot of time explaining in detail the process, the milestones for progress and how we would evaluate if I was pushing it too hard.
