The staff was great. The day I started physical therapy, I could hardly walk, and my last appointment yesterday, I felt fantastic.
I am unhappy with the lack of care. I made an appointment for an upcoming surgery at the recommendation of my surgeon. Then a couple weeks later I got a call - they told me they could not honor that appointment and had nothing until 2 days before surgery. I asked if that would even do any good. The representative said she did not know, but that was my only option. It should have been handled differently. I would have gone to another office instead I was left with a useless appointment.
Great place to get repaired!
