The therapists and staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic. They are a fun group of people who are serious about helping others recover mobility and strength. I have been to 4 other physical therapy locations in recent years, and this location is definitely my favorite. While I hope I won't need physical therapy for a long time, if I do, I will most definitely come back here.
Update : Three weeks after my review (see below). The blinds are still disgusting and the waiting area is NOT clean!!! Also, ZERO motivation for my very stubborn wife. Also the workers did was talk about their upcoming vacations or something completely unrelated to helping my wife. I am definitely NOT impressed. Individuals need to be pushed to get better. I will make sure others that I know attend Emory Physical Therapy, not Benchmark. My wife was referred for strength and balance training. What a freaking joke!!! She recei... read more
