Receptionist must have been having a bad day. I introduced myself as having recently moved to the area and inquiring if my specific Medicaid insurance was accepted by them and asked her to please check. Her only reply was “I have no way to check that.” After 10 seconds of silence, I turned around and walked out. Found another place that treated me with exceptional kindness and determined, within 2 minutes that they were in network for my specific Medicaid insurance.
