This review is for their billing practices only. I haven't been to an appointment in this facility in over 2 years. This month I'm getting calls from collections regarding an unpaid balance. I called Benchmark directly (actually it's Upstream Rehab you reach now) and asked for information. I had setup an autopay (they claim I didn't) and paid 5 months May through Sept. Now they are claiming I still owe money however they never sent another statement to me after Sept 2024 and then sent me to collections in May 2026. Get copie... read more
