Great. Really care. Explained everything
Going here for therapy is always a pleasant time. Being greeted at the door by Tyra to Maria making sure I get right work. I appreciate the attention and detail they give.
location had an unpleasant dirty carpet odor, looked like something from the 90s. When you're not feeling well, it helps to be in a clean and inviting place..
The staff was very courteous. Results exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing physical therapy as a possible alternative to surgery or if it is necessary then for post surgery treatment.
I don't know why I received an email for feedback on my recent visit here when I have never been to this establishment. I phoned to see if they were taking new patients but the front desk had me hold a couple minutes and said they'd have to call me back. So, I kept going down my list and booked services with another clinic. I never talked with anyone at Benchmark nor went there 🤷🏻♀️
