I had shoulder surgery in August 2023. My goal after my surgery was to get back to what I love to do which is CrossFit. I wanted to go to a PT place that was knowledgeable in the type of physical activity I was used to and wanted to get back to. Kalin with Benchmark was the perfect fit.
