Went to Benchmark a few years ago and loved it. Experience this time around is completely different. They no longer have a front desk person, so no one greets you when you arrive. Appointments start consistently late with no acknowledgement of the delay. They often double-book appointments or chit chat with other physical therapists, so they’re distracted and not paying attention to see if exercises are done correctly. I had the most nicest, professional , knowledgeable and responsible therapist the first session it was great and her treating me made me feel optimistic . The second time I got seen however was a complete nightmare with a different therapist who was not even professional enough to tell me her name . Ever since I arrived her attitude was already enough to get me to want to just leave .
