After my initial pre-op consultation at Benchmark in Gresham, the receptionist made a post-op appointment for 3 days following my hip replacement surgery. She also said she needed to double check the referral to clarify how many post-op sessions the surgical center required. When I called the morning of that first post-op appointment to confirm the time, the receptionist told me I had no appointment and there was no record of a referral.
