My experience with this company has been nothing but AMAZING ! I was not able to sit through the day without neck pain or tension headaches, until I worked with Amanda & Angie. I was recommended to try dry needling to help resolve my pain. After 5 sessions of dry needling & PT my pain was non existent. Thank you Amanda & Angie for giving exceptional care in your clinic. Benchmark will always be my 1st choice for PT.
I was very displeased with my interactions with this company. They were very well aware of my health situation before my first initial visit. I was charged in excess of $800.00 for my first consultation visit and was billed for some type of neurological educational session; however, when I reached out to them after a dry needling session (feeling very ill and unable to work the next day) I wasn't given any suggestions or "education" as to what may help me to feel better.
