The therapists were delightful. One of them (PT in training) was so good! I feel back to normal thanks to Benchmark.
I love benchmark! When I started going here I was in so much pain and unable to do a lot of my normal activities. I’m now slowly getting back into weight lifting thanks to the help from the Benchmark team! I usually worked with Sydney and I’ll be forever grateful for her help. The exercises and stretches I learned here have really helped me take a new approach on exercise, and I’m sure will help me for years to come
Staff has been great!!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. Great experience, highly recommend.
