Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Felt that I was in the right place for my therapy. I'm looking forward to my upcoming weeks.
Keith, Zack, and all the staff are amazing.I tore my ligaments in my right ankle. They were able to get me walking, running ,and driving again!!! I am back to full strength . It is all because of them !!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them .
The therapists at Benchmark are nothing short of great! I was initially evaluated by Zack for severe headaches and neck and shoulder pain after a MVA that left me with a TBI. Keith became my therapist and was so kind and encouraging. Unfortunately, due to complications from the injuries, my doctors agreed that I should not continue with P/T at this time. If and when I can return to P/T, it will definitely be with the wonderful staff at Benchmark in Sanford, NC.
When I first went to BenchMark they were so welcoming and nice. The atmosphere just wanted you to make sure you kept all of your appointments. I worked with all 3 PT's , all were great. My main PT is Keith Williams.He helped me so much and always gave me print outs to do at home. Whenever I had to do challenging things he would always say you got this Ms Deb or you are doing great. This was so encouraging and made me press through. If you ever need Physical Therapy this is the place you should try.
