Dr. Brett Spiers is great at PT! I came in limping from an overstretched gastrocnemius. 7 great sessions later, I'm biking, hiking, and feeling no pain! What's not to like about that?!!!!!? I highly recommend Benchmark at this location!
I was having significant shoulder/rotator cuff pain, and figured I would have to have surgery to repair it. I wanted a nearby Physical Therapist and BenchMark had good reviews, so I gave it a try. BenchMark Physical Therapy is OUTSTANDING! Dr. Brett is the most experienced physical therapist I have ever seen. He offers a wide range of techniques to help with the pain or problem you are working to solve! I had sustained a back injury and had been dealing with it for over a year. I made an appointment with Brett and BenchMark Physical Therapy and even after the first session I noticed major improvements. I was seeing him twice a week for about 2 months and doing the exercises he showed me outside of PT. I have continued doing those exercises and have improved greatly.
