Great team
I am now a STRONG advocate for physical therapy as a result of my experience with BenchMark PT. I had never heard of frozen shoulder, but I was in a world of pain and could barely lift my arm above my chest. While I had to work through some painful sessions, I trusted the plan that the therapists had for me. Mackenzi and Adam have been PHENOMENAL to work with, and I will not choose another facility for my PT needs! I highly recommend and would give them 10 stars!
I enjoyed my time at Benchmark Therapy. The staff are beautiful people who really care about their clients. I had the pleasure of having all the help from each of my therapists. They made me feel relaxed, because when I went to my first appointment, I was nervous; I did not know what to expect. But as time went on, they had me work to get through the pain.
