I had my first appointment here and while he was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable I couldn’t believe the way he tied this huge strap around my legs for a clam exercise. It was a hard strap and I felt like I was being tied up like a cow in a rodeo. I’m experienced with physical therapy because I’ve hurt my back before and I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m going to cancel all my appointments here and I’m going to try to schedule with the Boones Creek location.
I was asked what my expectations and concerns were, and I was given exercises that I can do at home to help with my progress. Justin explained everything and listened to my needs and concerns.
Just finished therapy after having knee replacement surgery 6 weeks ago. My therapists, Mathew and Justin, were great. One of the things I liked the most was, as I got stronger they changed up the exercises and kept challenging me to do more. So glad my doctor recommended them!
