Received PT here after a car accident, Matt, my Physical Therapist, was comprehensive in my evaluation and thoughtful in how my therapy progressed. Clean location and excellent facilities led to a quick recovery, would highly recommend.

I had a rotator cuff issue that left my shoulder burning and aching for roughly a year. I came to benchmark and had Justin as my PT. He was incredibly professional, maybe a little intense but in a good way. He takes his job seriously. I'm not particularly well versed in body mechanics. I just know when something feels like it's falling apart. Justin was very knowledgeable and showed me numerous exercises tailored to my particular condition. I had my first appointment here and while he was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable I couldn’t believe the way he tied this huge strap around my legs for a clam exercise. It was a hard strap and I felt like I was being tied up like a cow in a rodeo. I’m experienced with physical therapy because I’ve hurt my back before and I’ve never seen anything like this. I’m going to cancel all my appointments here and I’m going to try to schedule with the Boones Creek location.
