Jack is great , He answered some questions and helped me with Waze to control the pain.And he listened as spoke to me not at me
Patrick and Jack listened to me about my concerns and then addressed them in a very positive way. Although I am not better yet I am much more comfortable throughout the day and night. I am on a new medication if it works great if not I will return to your PT therapy.
I gave Jack a 10 because he was very professional and knowledgeable I learned a lot and he made it as enjoyable as possible it was a success!
