Ryan and his SPTs do a great job at rehabilitating injuries, designing personalized and effective exercises to target injuries or muscle imbalances, and finding creative ways to maintain fitness at home while injured. I've been here for a few different cases, and I have been really satisifed with my results every time. Benchmark PT has a warm, welcoming staff that evaluated my injury to best determine how to proceed. They worked with me over several weeks to help build back the strength I need to continue living my active lifestyle.
Ryan was extremely helpful when it came to making a full recovery from my knee injury. I absolutely adored the staff as they were always so helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this place enough!!!!
I had a great experience throughout my physical therapy treatment. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They helped me understand my injury, how my body works, and what I can do moving forward to stay healthy and avoid future problems. The sessions were always educational, and I appreciated the positive atmosphere and conversations along the way. I felt supported throughout my recovery and would definitely recommend them to others.
Ryan Ross and the staff at Benchmark in West Linn are a 10/10; professional, respectful, and knowledgeable!! I had a fairly uncommon surgery on my knee, it required no weight bearing for 6 weeks, I started working with Ryan 1-week post surgery, there were some days I’d be on the verge of tears because I was experiencing intense pain from my brace, that was beyond typical surgery discomfort.
