Excellent service and knowledge, I'm glad these professionals aren't like other "stick in the mud" medical offices. They know recovery is a long wary road, and do everything they can too help in a speedy, light hearted recovery. Sometimes it's more than the body that needs mending.
Facility staff spend too much time singing to the radio and making light jovial comments. The atmosphere is much like a party of teenagers or a holiday office party. The staff needs to be more profesional and focus on the clients and their rehab.
Great atmosphere. They are a family full of fun. They truly care about getting you well and make a very enjoyable experience.

I need to say that if your looking for the BEST PHYSICAL THERAPISTS around, this is the place.. A+ in all they do.. Caring, friendly, professionals to treat your condition.. no question about the work they do for you to make you heal.. I cant say enough about these PT's here at Benchmark in Athens, TN.. They gave me back my confidence in working with Physical Therapists . You need Therapy , You need Benchmark!
I had a terrific experience with BenchMark Antioch! Worked with them for about 5 months after a rotator cuff repair. They are knowlegeable, caring, and best of all, made my experience fun. Thanks to Clay, Phillip, Kelci, Sander and Christine for getting me to my goals, keeping things positive, and for just being great folks to work with. I recommend them without hesitation!
I was referred to Benchmark by my Dr. I had never been to PT before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Throughout my visits, the PTs were constantly overbooked. There were times when the PT was working with 5 patients at 1 time. For the hour I was there, I was really only getting about 10-15 minutes (if that) with the PT. I felt like all they were concerned about was numbers. While the therapists were friendly, I don’t feel like this clinic provides the best care. They are too overbooked to provide adequate patient care.
Beware! You are quoted one price and even if you pay before each treatment the amount ask by the company. You will receive a large bill at the end. Customer service is rude and hateful. I paid my bill in full. Be careful this company will burn you!
Great place. There is a lot of positive and good energy. The staff people are cheerful and thougtful. I can bend my right knee when I walk now.
