Very professional and very hands-on about how you are doing.
I didn’t even make it to my first appointment. I made the appointment and over the 3 days following I received multiple calls to reschedule. I ended up having to find another provider. The staff was pleasant and apologetic, but trying to get to the first appointment while also trying to work was impossible. I would not recommend this provider.
I had a great experience at BenchMark, great staff with great attitudes and they helped me get back to a steady road to recovery after breaking my kneecap
