This is my second round at Results Pysiotherapy. I play Roller Derby, a full contact spot played on roller skates. In April I tore my PCL. While I didn't need surgery, I did need PT to be able to recover. I would never go anywhere else. Jenn pushes me to do all the things to strengthen my knee so I can return to the sport I love, but also makes sure I am not going too fast, if it wasn't for Results I probably would have started back to skating too fast and torn something else. I was referred to Results PT prior to prostate cancer surgery and the results were fantastic! Not knowing what to expect after the surgery was a bit unnerving but soon I understood that the work Cody and I did beforehand was as good as it gets. After 6 weeks almost no issues with incontinence and that is a result of Cody's guidance and actually putting in the work. Very important to actually do the exercises that are prescribed.
Cody helped me safely return to activity postpartum. She is fantastic! I felt welcomed and supported through my rehab program.
