Trina and the crew and Benchmark are amazing! She walked me through a fractured patella and tennis elbow providing me with the best care and answering my endless questions. My knee has healed faster then expected and my elbow never gives me trouble. The office visits were always great and her team was ready for me, the exercises she gave me for homework were easy to follow on the app. I highly recommend her, she is tough but very knowledgeable.
The staff were very knowledgeable, kind and caring and helped me to get rid of my neck and shoulder pain.

I have been to Benchmark (Warrenton, Va) twice (ankle/knee replacement) & my husband twice (shattered foot/shoulder). I absolutely WILL NOT use anyone else! I've had PT other places (repeat for knee) & they are the best. They make you feel like family, not a patient or number. I will actually miss Trina, Matt, Vince, Ray, Erika & John (the receptionist). They are wonderful people & educated me along the way with the never ending knowledge. They also think outside the box (Matt) which helped me find another problem to resolve... read more
