I really enjoyed my physical therapy at BenchMark Cathy. The gal at the front desk is amazing. She worked with me. She scheduled all my appointments. She’s friendly each time you come in there Jean my physical therapist is so well educated and really helped me get better quickly I totally recommend BenchMark Physical Therapy.
I worked with Gene at the Westfield location. If I could give 100 stars, I would. After a surgery, then an injury, I was barely able to walk. Gene understood the gravity of my physical situation, developed a plan and gave me all of his knowledge, training and care to help me recover to regain the quality of life I wanted. I am so very grateful for his care to help me get to where I wanted to be. I could not recommend them more highly.
I was referred to benchmark on River Road in Carmel by my podiatrist. I had metatarsalgia in my right foot and it never seemed to get better. Probably didn't help that I played tennis four times a week but I still went there and followed their instructions as closely as I could. After about four weeks my foot has no pain and I will continue the exercises they gave me to help me get there. Much thanks to Olivia and the rest of the staff for making every visit a pleasant event.
My experience with Benchmark at their Carmel, IN facility was excellent. Marie Szilard and her team were knowledgeable, friendly, and effective in their approach to improving physical movement for their clients.
