Update 2: I was hoping to be able to change my review after talking with the RVP, but unfortunately I had a very negative interaction with him. He admitted that I was wronged but said there was nothing he could do about it because his company would be out of business if he wrote off every bill. If I had been informed and billed correctly from the beginning, I would not be making this request. Sabrina, Marie and Brennenjamin are great, very professional and friendly. They restored the health of my left elbow in record time. It was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this physical therapy center.
When I first went to Benchmark, i was recovering from serious medical issues. I struggled to even walk. Marie is amazing! She listens to what I feel and explains what is going on with my treatment. The atmosphere is fun and enjoyable. Now I’m back to work and getting better every day. If you chose to visit Marie and Brenenjamin (I hope I spelled that right) then you are in good hands. I would highly recommend these therapists.
Update: In response to the owner, yes Scott reached out to me but only one time and I promptly returned his call. I appreciate his time chatting and I hope this will be resolved with the RVP this week. Thank you. While Marie was a kind PT I am very disappointed with this office and their lack of knowledge when it comes to billing. I went in for dry needling and after looking up my insurance they informed me that if I went through insurance that it wouldn’t cost me anything. The physical therapist at benchmark are terrific! They encourage me to engage with their program and provide exercise and technique to heal the issues happening. They’re very serious about diagnosing the problems occurring and look for methods to pinpoint the solutions to those. They are good listeners and ask lots of questions. After a few weeks of visits and work, here is one of the PT‘s demonstrating some of the exercises, I am to do as I move forward on my own.
