I visited Benchmark for follow-up treatment for a neck injury. Jessica helped me strengthen the area and gave me exercises to do after I was released. I continue to do these and feel they help me keep the pain away and provide strength and flexibility. Also, the front desk person was very helpful in dealing with insurance and scheduling appointments.
Awesome staff, thorough treatment, understanding and accommodating! Tyler was my primary and was very professional and thorough, and everyone else was great as well. Mrs Shelly always went out of her way to help with my scheduling conflicts and Jessica was great to work with the times we worked together due to my scheduling issues. Can’t say enough great things about this PT clinic and program, I am very grateful for the treatment and rehabilitation they provided to me after an extremely bad car wreck!
The Benchmark PT at Thomas Crossroads is amazing! I have seen both physical therapists there and they were familiar with my case and exercises. They not only cared about my physical health but they cared for me as a person. I appreciate how they helped me heal and all of it was done with professionalism and kindness.
