I am so thankful and pleased with the results of the PT care I received at this BenchMark clinic. The staff are all highly educated in their field. Everyone in this clinic is warm, friendly, and encouraging. Joy is an exceptional Physical Therapist. I'm going to miss not spending time with her, and the rest of the staff. Thank you for helping me reach my goals. 🥰
BenchMark helped me with simple exercises that I can easily repeat at home. The PT was professional, personable, and her explanations and information were very clear.
Too cramped. No private space. No knowledge of insurance.
Am 85 years old and needed to use the bathroom. Alison at the front desk refused saying bathroom was only for customers. This was very distressing for me and reflected very badly on your business. Not a kind and supportive atmosphere. I would not come to you for care.
