A number of PTs treated me, and I really liked them all. The practitioners had a good blend of hands on pain relieving technique, but also had a good knowledge base of exercise. For me the blend of hands on treatment + exercise that I have to do matches my body and the type of injuries I normally have. If you put in the work (aka do your exercise as directed) these people can help you.

The physical therapists & front desk staff are all awesome, and I really enjoy working with BenchMark for my physical therapy as a whole. They've got a bunch of convenient locations and I haven't had a bad experience at any of them. Especially at this location, in Hillsboro, my PT is super nice and extremely knowledgeable. It's on the smaller side, but it's really great to get 1-on-1 care, compared to some of the other physical therapy treatment places that have many patients all at once, and fewer staff. 5 stars all the way... read more
