Not sure what is going on here now that Michael, Jennifer, and Amanda are no longer here. They don't even send you a bill just some random text demanding money. I went in to pay my bill and sat for twenty minutes without ever being greeted or acknowledged by the therapist, who clearly saw me. When Michael was there he greeted everyone who came through the door. I guess she, the therapist, doesn't think customer service or care is a priority. Never had this problem before at Dunlap and definitely not at the Hixson location.
I went here a few years ago and stopped going basically because the receptionist called me so many times about making appointments it bordered on harrassment. Even after I explained that I was dealing with my mother, who has dementia, she somehow paged my phone when I didnt return her call. My Dr.s Office sent my order for physical therapy to Benchmark/ Physiotherapy again BY mistake and I recieved 6 calls between 4:40 pm ( when they recieved the order) and 9:am the next day. Excellent. Know what they are doing. Highly recommend.
The staff at this location are amazing! They are friendly, caring and easy to talk with. Went in 5 months post op on my lower back. After a few months I am finally finished and feel so much better. They stay on top of your recovery and make sure to provide you with updated on your progress and printouts of exercises to do at home to help aid recovery. Highly recommend having your PT here.
