I have been patient of Benchmarkon three separate occasions for 3 different problems. My experience with the therapist has been outstanding. My last was with the Dawsonville hwy location which I picked because I have followed David Mussel from the Enota location, both in Gainesville Georgia. I highly recommend recommend Benchmark to anyone needing the services of a physical therapist. David's group are very professional, courteous and really fun to work with.
They were all so helpful and caring

Very disappointed in this place. I have come here for 9 years and recommended it to my husband, who had great therapy, but terrible issues with billing. Joe has not returned my call in over a week, so I will share publicly. The receptionist told my husband (as she did me) that she had his credit card on file, so she would charge it and he wouldn't have to bring the actual card in anymore.
