KC and her excellent staff are outstanding and achieve great results. KC is an extremely well trained and knowledgeable physical therapist with great interpersonal and therapeutic skills. She is a strong manager that has assembled a terrific staff that work well together and make the hard tasks of therapy fun for the patients. They treat and act like family for the best environment for patient care. I am a healthcare professional and I would highly recommend this physical therapy treatment setting.
Benchmark Physical Therapy on Wade Green Road is amazing! Everyone there is friendly and helpful and they work together as a team. My main therapist was KC and she was fantastic! She always listened, had great exercises ready, was engaged and watched to make sure the exercises were done correctly. She also always took time at the end to provide deep tissue massage for tight muscles. I went from being unable to move my arm to being able to do all my favorite activities again. I couldn't reccomend this office more highly!

I have been so pleased with Benchmark on Wade Green! To begin with, I learned late on a Friday afternoon that I needed PT. After I completed research and read reviews I selected 3 different companies and left phone messages for all 3 on a Sunday afternoon… BM was the only one to return my call the following morning!
