My first experience with PT, but I can honestly say BenchMark was exceptional. Casey and Abby were not only extremely knowledgeable, but all hands on training is done with great explanation. I'm a person who wants to know how it will benefit me, how am I doing, and what are my expectations as well my goals. An added bonus? The atmosphere is fun!
