Very good staff and do great job and training good pain relief after short time
My DPT, Tom was excellent! He was dedicated, knowledgeable and empathetic. He was one of the best DPT I have seen. Back in MA, went to PT for 6 months. No real improvement, I had a significant fusion nearly my whole thoracic down to the Lumbar (L3). I also have 3 severe compression fractures - T12, T6 & T1. I made some small strides, first time in awhile! If my insurance company would approve more visits - I would definitely go back. Unfortunately, my insurance said it is not medically necessary. I recently completed my prescribed sessions in physical therapy at Benchmark and must say that it was the most comprehensive care in physical therapy I’ve ever received. My therapists, Lauren and Morgan were very supportive, professional and empathetic. They explained each exercise and its purpose. My treatment plan was adjusted to accommodate my level of pain.
