So I've been to a few physical therapy clinics in the past and I tell you this is the best place to go. I worked with Tom on my lower back pain and from the first day I got there I felt comfortable and confident they could help with my lower back pain. He knows his stuff and actually takes the time to demonstrate each exercise and how to do it, gives clear instructions and have always had a great convo with him and the rest of the team. Highly recommended going here for sure.
The therapist at Benchmark on Ogeechee are Amazing!! They are very emphatic and listen to their patients well being. When you walk through Benchmark doors you are greeted with a welcoming smile from the receptionist to all of therapists. I'm grateful they are assisting with my care.
From my first day to last, I received quality care and instruction to rehab my shoulder replacement. My therapist was absolutely the best I have had and since I have an ACL, Miniscus repair, two knee replacements, arthoscopic on shoulder and now full shoulder replacement, I think I am in a good position to judge. Very efficient scheduling and they work with you to get the time of day that works best for you. We are lucky to have their office in the greater Southbridge/Berwick area.
The receptionist and therapist were very unprofessional. They were telling my business all out loud. They completely ruined my experience because of my secondary insurance wasn't in their network. I was so embarrassed I just asked for cards and left. It wasn't about the $60 copay it was about them looking down their noses at me. I too work and pay taxes for other to have health insurance.
