Nate was excellent, He went through several test with me, stretching and walking.. and came up with some exercises that could help me stretch out my hips and knees. I would highly recommend them and will return if needed.
I can’t say enough about how much I loved my experience here! I was in so much pain when I started going here with my back but they helped me and I feel back to my new self and I learned a lot about how to keep myself healthy as well as how to keep it from hurting in the future. They were always willing to change appointments if need to be or do whatever they possibly could to make my experience as wonderful and comfortable as possible switching out exercises if need to be.
