Therapy is good. Their billing leaves a lot to be desired. The office can not help. Their billing is a 3rd party. No way to easily contact them. Our insurance pays for this but it has all gotten messed up and seems no way to correct it. Been going on since March 2024 and THEY can't get it right.
Very professional staff. Really appreciated all they did for me to get me back to where I wanted to be. After my knee surgery, I thought I was going to continue with knee pain and after visiting BenchMark the therapists help me push myself for a fast and speedy recovery! Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I appreciated the compassion and expertise of my therapist, Elaine. She paid attention to my responses to the exercises ( even the unspoken ones) and adjusted accordingly. She made me feel like I could do the work and she helped me see my progress. The entire staff was friendly, helpful,and approachable.
My time with Benchmark has been wonderful. All the staff are kind and accommodating. My workouts were extremely helpful and got me back to feeling normal again. I'm very grateful to Elaine, my therapist, she was so nice and gave me hope for a full recovery. I can't say enough. Thank you .
