I developed pain in both of my feet while playing tennis, with one foot being especially bad. Over the course of a year it continued to progress to the point that I could barely walk, could not put much weight on my foot, and if anything touched the top of my foot I was in extreme pain. I consulted with my doctor, did various stretches and icing, stopped playing tennis and running, tried various shoes and inserts, and finally got a referral to Benchmark.
