Aside from the smaller, more personal setup, which is welcoming in itself, the warm, friendly nature of the whole staff has made my experience so enjoyable. John (the therapist) and Brenda (the PTA) are both highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very patient. I’m actually going to miss coming here once my therapy is complete. I highly recommend this office and will do so to everyone I come across.
The best PT experience ever. Staff is knowledgeable, and uses that knowledge to form a program for you that works. Using elements of massage therapy, kinesiology, and different exercises they had a range of modalities that have helped me tremendously.

I recently completed therapy on my wrist following surgical removal of two cysts. I chose John at Benchmark to provide this therapy for me because he had done such a fabulous job for a previous injury that I had sustained. John is thorough, kind, and attentive to my responses with each exercise. He provided a variety of exercises paying attention to my pain levels after each one.
