I highly recommend Benchmark Therapy. John has been my physical therapist on three separate occasions. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Brenda, the PT assistant, does an outstanding job as well. John, Brenda, and Lisa always made my sessions worthwhile!

I had been dealing with sciatica for several months prior to coming here, and was sent for PT by my PCP. I can’t say enough good things about the team at BenchMark PT in Gulfport! I've had back spasms and tightness that have been debilitating for a few years and decided to try PT again in hopes of better success. The Benchmark team met all my expectations and more! John was a great therapist! He helped me get over pain in my hips and in my neck. Very professional! Very understanding. Lesia & Brenda were very on spot with their help! If I need any more physical therapy I will be going back to them!
