It’s rare that I give positive feedback on someone aggressively poking me in the armpit… but I highly recommend Andrew. I came in with stubborn shoulder pain, and he quickly got to work with a smart, creative approach to recovery. We focused on stability & rotation exercises to move the shoulder in ways even my family physician hadn’t considered. Thanks to Andrew, I’m finally seeing real progress. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in his patients’ recovery.
I can use my arm now with very little discomfort. My PT used exercises that addressed the problem areas. He was non judgmental. He was creative in trying different exercises that targeted where I still had weakness. I highly recommend this PT group
I would highly recommend Dr.Andrew Hayes and BenchMark Physical Therapy! I unfortunately have been to several PT practices through the years and never experienced a therapist so helpful as Dr. Hayes. Normally therapists recognize that I have MS, but he is the first therapist that took the time to discover how the disease affected me personally and created a therapy plan that worked for me and considered my disability. I had a wonderful experience at BenchMark Physical Therapy! Dr. Andrew developed a plan I was comfortable with, and at the end of my treatment, I met all of my goals and had made tremendous progress with my hip. Can't recommend enough!
This place is a hidden gem, the staff is very perfeshional and very knowledgeable. During my lengthy visits I easily caught on to how well they treat their patients, I've witnessed many different and unique injuries including my own and never seen Andrew and staff not know how to treat and better yet give such great advice. I truly appreciate and enjoyed my time at this location, I came in weak and unsure and left strong and encouraged. I highly recommend this location I couldn't have came to a better place. Thank you!
