Very professional and courteous staff. Didn't have to wait past appointment time to be assisted. I felt comfortable with the staff and they helped my physical problem. I will highly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy.

I had a very disappointing experience at BenchMark PT – Midtown in Mobile, AL. I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. She was the only positive part of my visit. Unfortunately, the manager who conducted my assessment was the complete opposite. The interaction was cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. I have done 6/10 sessions now and I am extremely satisfied. I have some weakened muscles from ARDS and a prolonged hospital stay. I'm progressing very quickly. Bre and Taylor personalize care for everyone. They are very gentle and empathetic and the atmosphere is very comfortable.
From the moment I walked through the door, the atmosphere was so kind and everyone was courteous. They've used their expertise to help me physically move better. I appreciate them all so much
