Walter, Raven, and Cory were all fantastic. PT was great, and scheduling my next appointment was a breeze. I'd go again if I needed it.
Walter T. was my PT he was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and confident that he could help with my back and leg pain. My pain was at a 10 especially at night. After two weeks I have been able to sleep and walk with pain levels down to 1 or 2 with some nights and days no pain. I would highly recommend BenchMarkPT. And THANK YOU Walter for being a great PT.
Great staff! I have used this location for two separate issues and I have nothing but good things to say! Corey made scheduling and insurance matters a breeze and Walter and the therapy team are all top notch. They are all very personable and make the hard work feel doable.
You are Family the minute you enter BenchMark PT in Shepherdsville, KY!!! The staff are wonderful; so caring and knowledgeable!!! I went in for lower back pain and neck pain. After seeing Walter for a few weeks, my pain was gone. The exercises he gave me to do were doable and I was told many times if something hurt, do not do it.
