BenchMark Physical Therapy in Shepherdsville Ky helped me get on the right track with my plantar fasciitis that had plagued me for 2 years. I will forever be grateful to the caring and knowledgeable staff and especially Zach Thomas. I loved the friendly atmosphere and how the staff made everyone feel welcome and loved. It was fun seeing everyone in the clinic. Mostly though I am much improved and have the exercises needed to continue on the path recovery. THANk YOU BENCHMARK. It has been a pleasure!
