The team at Benchmark in Shepherdsville was great. I mostly worked with Zack through my treatment and he was really informative and explained exactly how each exercise would help and how it worked. I’m finally able to walk without pain thanks to them. I’d definitely recommend going there.
They are so great! I worked with Zack, Walter, and Brad and they are all 3 amazing. I was able to feel progress within two weeks. They communicate well about what they are doing and where we are heading. They track your progress. I am so impressed with them. Highly recommend!

Eric was very knowledgeable on my treatment with knee replacement. He really worked hard on getting my knee working again. He treated me with such respect and a really thoughtful person. I would highly recommend him!
100% would recommend. They are super friendly and can work around your issues. The people were nice and it felt like a family.
