Just wrapped up my PT journey with Dr. Nick Smith and he crushed it! I ruptured my Achilles back in early April and did my first 4.5 months of rehab with Nick. He partnered with me through my hardest stages. From being immobilized in a boot to getting me comfortable walking, biking, and living a normal life again. Facility is super clean everyone is personable and knowledgeable. I went here because the hospital PT treated me like a patient number, with no follow up. Benchmark treated me like a person, asked questions to reevaluate and create more progress. Nick knows exactly what he is doing. After tendon reattachment I am back to doing everything I did before. Leslie is delightful to deal with at the front desk . I hope I don’t need Benchmark again, but if I do that is where I will go!
Nick was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in correcting my issue. Could not have had a better person fixing my issue. So grateful.
I’m so thankful for Annalise and Nick for helping me with the jaw/teeth pain I was experiencing. The pain was excruciating and the exercises they taught me gave me immediate relief. I came in with moderate to severe back pain. Nick was excellent in helping me come up with a plan to get me back to taking care of my four young kids and working out. He always had a smile on his face and was easy to talk to! I was able to come twice a week and am back to 95% after about two months of working with him. It was easy to get into the appointment times I needed. I highly recommend Nick at Benchmark!
