Just finished up two months of PT with Nick and I only have great things to say about this place. The establishment is located in a great spot, its always so clean, and Leslie at the front desk is always so kind when you walk in. I was doubtful that PT could help, but after the last 2 months I have made a great comeback. I could not be happier with the care I receive from Nick Smith. I actually look forward to going to my PT sessions and seeing the progress I am making. In the beginning, I was very anxious about PT after my knee replacement, but Nick is so patient, he listens to my concerns and never makes me feel like I’m asking too many questions. I would absolutely recommend Nick Smith to anyone needing PT!
Just wrapped up my PT journey with Dr. Nick Smith and he crushed it! I ruptured my Achilles back in early April and did my first 4.5 months of rehab with Nick. He partnered with me through my hardest stages. From being immobilized in a boot to getting me comfortable walking, biking, and living a normal life again. Facility is super clean everyone is personable and knowledgeable. I went here because the hospital PT treated me like a patient number, with no follow up. Benchmark treated me like a person, asked questions to reevaluate and create more progress. Nick knows exactly what he is doing. After tendon reattachment I am back to doing everything I did before. Leslie is delightful to deal with at the front desk . I hope I don’t need Benchmark again, but if I do that is where I will go!
Nick was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in correcting my issue. Could not have had a better person fixing my issue. So grateful.
