Being an old guy having many years as a sales representative interacting with numerous personalities, I have to say that the staff there at Benchmark is top notch. Pleasant to be around, focused, knowledgeable and professional.They welcomed me, made me feel right at home and answered my questions. I told Rayanne I was going to recommend her for a raise. Such a great and friendly atmosphere, the whole staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I got my strength and mobility back, and saw a significant decrease in pain very quickly by following all their instructions.
The Benchmark PT team in Jefferson City is amazing. Audrey, RayAnne, and Michelle are wonderful! They were very welcoming and immediately put me at ease on my first visit. Katie, the receptionist, is awesome as well and is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this location for any physical therapy need that you may have.

The Jefferson City location was amazing. They made me feel welcome every time I had an appointment and the exercises I did were specific to me. Other places I’ve been had the same routine for almost every patient, but not here. I greatly appreciate the help and compassion that I was given at Benchmark.
