I used Benchmark Physical Therapy in Saraland back in 2022 and again recently since May. I highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy. The entire staff was very personable. Presley always helped with appointments at the front desk and the therapists, Jessica and Kayla, provided the care and encouragement I needed to help me meet my goals. I’ve had the best experience here, they are very thorough but still sensitive to my issues. I worked with three different therapists over several months and they worked seamlessly with each other on my personal needs and goals. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made with their help!
