I had a great experience at benchmark. I had a torn rotator cuff (shoulder pain). They worked me very hard for 45 minutes, like a personal trainer. It hurt after the first few sessions. I kept with it just slowing down my routine a little and doing the exercises slower. After several weeks my shoulders started to FEEL stronger. I don’t have the burning pain all day. And now I know what do do to keep that pain at bay! Really beautiful and modern facility.
