Today was my first visit and it exceeded my expectations very thorough getting information to plan my therapy looking forward to seeing how things progress very pleased with my therapist today can’t wait to see what results I achieve with her treatment plan
I just want to thank Nicole White, DPT, for the positive encouragement and constant challenge to improve, in all aspects of my physical therapy journey. Her professional attitude, as well as her sense of humor, made each visit a new experience. Everyone who works there smiles and encourages the clients and each other. Everyone in this center is very friendly and helpful. Maggie is cheerful very helpful to schedule the appointments and she called me to ask if I would be interested in coming in when an opening came up. Emily is wonderful I haven’t met any Physical therapist like her. She puts her mind and soul into what she does. She’s treating me for Scoliosis and I’m getting better and can’t thank her enough. God has sent her to help me through this ailment and make me stronger and better. I can go on and on about my experiences with her.... read more
The staff there is very nice, and Nichole (my PT) is excellent. She listens well and works with you to meet your goals. The only negative is that I typically have to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment start time, even though the facility is not very busy. There may a good reason for that, but perhaps not starting every appointment on the hour might fix that. This would allow time to close out one client and get up to speed on the next.
