People were nice but they told me that I was going to pay around $100 for one time therapy and they billed $352 to my insurance. I went there twice to confirm the amount and they told me around $100 per section not $352. I’m leaving this review so other people won’t have to go through this like I did!
I love physical therapy from Benchmark. I'm challenged but with attention to what I can really do. Last year, I went for a shoulder issue and was astounded that, with Benchmark's help, I went from anguish to full mobility and strength. This year, it was knee surgery. With Ryan and Melissa's help, I can feel that I am constantly improving; again, good care to support my healing without hurting myself. Friends have told me no one loves physical therapy, but I do!
